Calocurb is a weight management supplement that has been developed over a period of more than 13 years at the New Zealand Institute for Plant and Food Research, with the support of $25 million in government funding. It's efficacy is attributed to its active ingredient, Amarasate®, which is an extract from a specific variety of NZ hop flower - identified as having the ability to activate the body’s natural feeling of fullness or satiety.

Directions for Use

Take one capsule daily for 2-3 days and build up to two capsules 1 hour prior to a meal. Up to four capsules can be taken per day.

To be used for weight management as an adjunct to a balanced diet and exercise.

Side Effects

Taking Calocurb for the first time may cause a mild laxative effect which should cease after 24-48 hours of use. This effect is based on the presence and activity of the cells responding to the Amarasate ® stimulation which is why it is advised to build up the dosage over three days.

Calocurb has not been studied in patients with a history of pancreatitis or irritable bowel disease. Calocurb is not indicated for use in patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus.
