  • Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation via email. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at orders@mthfrsupport.com.au.
  • You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf.
  • All orders must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.
  • The resale or unauthorised distribution of our products is strictly prohibited.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in AUD and may exclude shipping or GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Orders already confirmed will not be affected.
  • Payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, MTHFR Support credits or vouchers.
  • Upon order confirmation, your payment will be processed and a tax invoice will be issued.
  • Fraudulent transactions are prohibited and will be reported.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within one business day (Sydney time), excluding public holidays.
  • Delivery times are estimates only; delays may occur due to postal services or external circumstances.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected.
  • If insurance is not purchased, MTHFR Support is not liable for lost or damaged parcels.
  • Upon delivery, please check your items. Report discrepancies or damage promptly and note any visible damage with the courier.

7. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted, unless permitted under these Terms.
  • Unused items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of receipt (at your cost).
  • Refunds will exclude shipping fees and be processed within 14 days of return.
  • No exchanges are available online. To change an item, please return and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Faulty Goods

  • We comply with Australian Consumer Law.
  • Report damaged or faulty goods within 3 days of receipt via email with photos and a description.
  • If confirmed faulty, we will offer a refund, repair, or replacement.
  • We are not responsible for damage due to misuse, improper handling, or continued use after a fault has been identified.
  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
