1. General Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the product or service. This policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.
2. Digital Products
- eBooks, Webinars, and Downloadables
These items are non-refundable once purchased. - Online Courses and Subscriptions
Refunds are assessed individually. If you have accessed or viewed the course content, you are not eligible for a refund. - Mastermind Training
You may reschedule up to two times. If you choose to cancel instead, a 75% refund of the total fee will be issued.
3. Consultations
Refunds for consultations are not available. If you're dissatisfied with your experience, please refer to our Complaints Policy.
4. Live Events
- Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event are eligible for a refund minus a 25% admin fee.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date.
5. Physical Products & Supplements
Non-Defective Products
You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving the product if it is:
- Unopened
- Unused
- In its original packaging
Note: Return shipping is at your expense.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. If confirmed defective, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
6. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel any subscription at any time upon completion of your selected subscription cycle. Please note that some subscriptions hold a 3 months minimum subscription. Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future billing cycles.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:

- Include your order number, a clear explanation of the issue, and any supporting photos or documents (if applicable).
We will respond within 48 hours of receiving your request.
8. Processing Time
Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
