  • Other healthcare professionals involved in your treatment
  • Insurers or employers if needed for compensation or return-to-work plans

We do not sell or share your information for marketing purposes. If you opt-in, you may unsubscribe at any time.

All staff and contractors are bound by confidentiality agreements. When no longer needed, your data is safely deleted or de-identified.
